The fiddle is one of the traditional Celtic musical instruments. It is credited with saving many of the traditional Scottish songs when the playing of the bagpipe was banned by the English. This fiddle is created by the interweaving of two Celtic knots. It is part of the series that celebrates the musical heritage of the Celtic people. This is the first painting in the Music Heritage Series.
