Scathach, the legendary
Irish woman warrior, is shown in a guarding stance. Warriors traveled from all over ancient
Erie and Western Europe to study and train with her at her home on the island named for her -
the Isle of Skye. She is renowned as the teacher of Cu Chulainn. This is the seventh drawing
in the Celtic Warrior Series.
